“Working together to get through the harsh winters, starting off 2024 with a bang!" ---Meritech Bioengineering end of year review, welcoming the new year.

As we approach the new year, the company has encountered an unprecendented harsh winter before the coming spring. On January 11th to 13th, Meritech staff convene in Guangzhou, summarizing the past year and looking towards the future.

Meritech Bioengineering's Director Dr. Jin points out that 2023 was the most arduous year to date. Facing issues such as animal proteins breaking down and weakening consumerism, the tears of hardships were the driving force for a strong company, providing a baseline to overcome the challenges. From farm to table, Meritech follows the motto of "Effective, Safe and Green", partnering with many others to get through the tough year together. Everyone maintained a strong, persevering attitude and even received the support of many members of the public. For starters, Meritech has built upon the foundation with many others to market their new product, containing inside knowledge of the components and multiple patents. Moreover, the company is also working with partners to devise improvements towards animal proteins. Subsequently, we have expanded our markets overseas, including countries such as Canada and twenty others, as well as partnered up with them in order to expand our reach in the market. Aside from this, Meritech also achieved the "Innovative Business Award" for feed industries in China. Within the past year, we have constantly raised the skills of our employees through internal training and external research, holistically improving the entire group's abilities within the sector. While the market remains competitive, Meritech remains the top provider for feed additives, continuously providing consumers with the best quality products and service.

On the 12th, it was sunny like the summer. We are honored to invite many renowned experts and businessmen to give lessons for the employees in order to improve communication skills, thereby fulfilling the effect of 1+1>2.  Promoting the "Guangzhou YongQinFang Exploration Journey", the trip to Guangzhou served as a means to enhance internal communication and teamwork, creating a higher quality and more effective group cohesion overall. Within the story filled XiGuan House, aptly named the "Hundred year shop 101", the company had a group dinner in order to celebrate and thank every member for their hard work and contribution throughout the year. Dr. Jin gave a heartwarming speech during this time, acknowledging that Meritech's near twenty year development would not have been possible without the help of his collegues, old and new. Awards were presented for those who have shown outstanding performances during the past 5, 10, and 15 years. Behind each award lies a deep, heartfelt backstory. The award is not only a gift, but also a symbol of hope for future endeavors yet to come, driving each and every one to work harder within Meritech. Finally, those who have gone above and beyond, exceeding all expectations, receive a very special gift to honor their commitment during tough times such as these. They truly embody our work ethic and deserve the highest praise! 

Looking towards the future, we are brimming with confidence. The livestock feed industry is an evergreen and necessary line of work! In the year 2024, we will face even tougher challenges. Looking within however, each and every member of Meritech and all the unsung heroes within the market all play an integral role. Life is like an endless race, a boundless fight. The only certainty comes from constantly improving ourselves, devoting ourselves to the people and overcoming our limits in order to face even tougher challenges head on. This is how we became the indisputable victors within this market. Let us raise a toast towards our self-improvements, and for each and every one of our hardworking members. Cheers!
